- 1) The distance between two fencers. 2) Mensur fight.
- Mensur fencing
- Traditional kind of schläger fencing with constant distance, practiced by students. Before WW II the Mensur fencing was known in the following countries: Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Romania, Estonia, ... The Mensur fencing is today still being practiced in: Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Belgium.
